Jennifer Lenz

Jennifer is an expert in communicating technical concepts. Jennifer spent her early career in the Silicon Valley, working with such cornerstone companies as Sun Microsystems, KLA-Tencor, Netscape and Cisco Systems.

Jennifer has been involved in everything from the conceptualization and development of team intranets to the delivery of a $4 million dollar piece of hardware.

Jennifer founded Echo Alley in 1995 when she found there to be a lack of quality products that were user focused while still meeting the customer's business objectives.

In her free time Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and training her three dogs.

Edward Penniman

With over thirty years of experience in Branding and Identity Systems and having worked for such companies as Ogelvy-Mather and National Semiconductor, Ed is solid in marketing and business while shaping new boundries with his creativity. He has won many awards for corporate identity, packaging, collateral materials and trade advertising. Communication Arts Magazine has featured him, and examples of his work have been published in the U.S., Europe and Japan.

Ed has produced corporate identity materials for Bank of America subsidiaries, Breuners Furniture, Bell Savings and Loan Association and client accounts include Mattel Toys, Baskin-Robbins, Max Factor, Cole of California, Hartog Sportswear, White Stag Sportswear, Jansen Sportswear, Renaud Sunglasses, Rainier Beer, and Singer Sewing Machines.

Articulate and sophisticated with a down to earth sense of humor, Ed is a favorite event speaker. He is a watercolorist in his spare time, using his design sense to allow his artwork to reflect his love of life.

Amanda Troyer

Amanda has been in the advertising and graphic design industry for eight years. Prior to joining Echo Alley she was the Senior Art Director with The Kimball Group in Silicon Valley. Though her agency life started in Green Bay, Wisconsin helping an agency bring their clients onto the Web.

Amanda has been working on various print and interactive projects using multiple mediums for clients in the Hi-Tech and Internet industry since 1997. Amanda's ability for high-level, strategic thinking combined with a natural instinct for process and detail makes her the perfect creative lead. Amanda brings a fresh and contemporary yet traditionally-solid design perspective to your business.

Amanda enjoys spending time with her new son Max and husband Jeff.

Jeremy Smith

From the middle-market to the Fortune 500, Jeremy has experience in all aspects of capital allocation, structured finance, and effective portfolio management. Analytically minded but truly a salesman by trade Jeremy brings expertise in structuring and explaining business solutions that are designed to revolutionize and simplify the average business day.

Prior to joining Echo Alley, Jeremy was with Wells Fargo Financial Services where he was directly responsible for tailoring products and services for corporate-sized business challenges. His academic background includes studies in economic theory, corporate finance, and international trade.

An avid motorcyclist Jeremy enjoys dragging parts of his GSX-R on the ground at high speeds in the NW club road races.

Michael Lenz

Michael has over seven years of experience in information architecture and user-centered design. Prior to joining Echo Alley he managed the Information Design & Usability group for Razorfish in the Silicon Valley and directed the Information Architecture Group at White Horse in Portland.

Michael has been directly responsible for developing intentional user experiences, including site architecture, navigation and usability for clients such as General Motors, Cisco Systems, Agilent, 3com and Beyond.com

In his free time Michael enjoys spending time with his family and riding his mountain bike.
